Here, we are interested in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and human capabilities that enable the effective processing of relevant information in order to promote individual awareness, family counseling, community empowerment, organizational improvement, public transparency, and regional development.<\/p>\n

IT workers, teams, profession and career<\/p>\n

Here, we are interested in the management of information technology (IT) professionals, teams and projects both in-house and in partnership with external organizations. Our particular focus is on the cognitive and behavioral traits of professionals, the structural organization of teams, and the measures of worker effectiveness and project success.<\/p>\n

Research aesthetics, theory, and practice<\/span><\/p>\n

Here, a rotating team of individuals performs auditing tasks on how effective the team is in addressing theory and practice in the two other lines of applied research. Those individuals focus on artifacts and theories that deliberately address methodological rigor, applied relevance, objective knowledge, and cumulative research in the frontiers of science. Reports are issued each year by the anniversary month of GTIS.<\/p>\n
