Inclus\u00e3o na sociedade da informa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o somente pelo acesso ao meio digital mas, especialmente, pela compet\u00eancia intelectual de pensar sobre seu espa\u00e7o e papel nesta sociedade que estar a fazer-se.
