Visou a diagnosticar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da massa documental acumulada, selecionar, higienizar, avaliar, tratar tecnicamente e estabelecer uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o inicial aos documentos do NAC (classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e ordena\u00e7\u00e3o) com vistas a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a posteriori, de pol\u00edticas de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o cultural. Considerando o volume (6 cartazes, 21 quadros, 741 livros, 13 cd’s, 189 slides e 27 metros lineares de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o permanente e corrente). Projeto cadastrado junto \u00e0 Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o e Assuntos Comunit\u00e1rios da Universidade Estadual da Para\u00edba [PROEAC] sob o n. 2.001.37.009. Faz parte do Programa de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e tratamento da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica de institui\u00e7\u00f5es arquiv\u00edsticas voltado para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da mem\u00f3ria e do patrim\u00f4nio culturais: o N\u00facleo de Arte Contempor\u00e2nea (NAC) da Universidade Federal da Para\u00edba (UFPB) e o Arquivo Afonso Pereira (AAP).
