A velocidade e o volume em que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o geradas acarretam muitos desafios \u00e0s organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, sejam em ambientes p\u00fablicos, privados e at\u00e9 mesmo no terceiro setor. Dentre essesdesafios, destaca-se o gerenciamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es org\u00e2nicas, ou seja, os documentos. Os arquivistas possuem conhecimento te\u00f3rico, metodol\u00f3gico e t\u00e9cnico para atuarem nesses ambientes afim de tratar a massa documental acumulada. Al\u00e9m disso, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m podem acumular um acervo bibliogr\u00e1fico, referente \u00e0 sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o. Tendo em vista este cen\u00e1rio, este projeto objetiva implementar o processo de gest\u00e3o de documentos em ambientes organizacionais e institucionais,contribuindo com o gerenciamento dos documentos e tamb\u00e9m a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o\/preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do seu acervo bibliogr\u00e1fico. Al\u00e9m disso, proporcionar\u00e1 viv\u00eancia aos discentes dos cursos de arquivologia e biblioteconomia da universidade estadual de londrina.
