A linha est\u00e1 focada em compreender como a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00eam redefinindo as experi\u00eancias, habilidades e comportamentos dos consumidores e dos profissionais, considerando os impactos no n\u00edvel individual, organizacional e societal.
